Cas is Head of Marketing Van Gogh Museum and is responsible for Van Gogh Museum’s global brand, corporate communication, marketing campaigns, customer insights and trade & sales.

Prior to working at Van Gogh Museum Cas was Head of Marketing at TivoliVredenburg and was responsible for developing and implementing its strategic marketing plan and the introduction to the market of this brand new music venue, TivoliVredenburg’, consisting of 5 halls, a cafe and a restaurant, located in Utrecht, The Netherlands.

In 2014 he won “VNPF / Buma Cultuur award” for “Best Marketeer”. The jury: “Cas always utilizes modern technology. Tivoli often receives attention on their well-conceived social media campaigns and other publicity stunts. Cas has put down a solid marketing strategy.

Cas was a professional DJ and with his best friends from childhood, performed as “Boemklatsch” at many different music venues and festival stages (from Lowlands, Dream Fields UK, Berlin Festival to Sonar Barcelona). They had a record label called “Boemklatsch Records” and produced music together with artists like Gorillaz, A-trak and Aloe Blacc.
